Services Provided
At Innovative Counseling Solutions, LLC we strive to remain a resource for the mental health and substance abuse professional community by providing clinical supervision towards certification and licensure on the state and national level as well as consulting and contracting with local agencies for the following services:
1. Clinical Supervision and Consultation
2. Facilitating clinical assessments, diagnosing and other insurance related tasks required of licensed eligible and licensed professionals.
3. Training and staff development
4. Program implementation and development
Substance Use and Addiction Continuing Education:
The substance use and addiction continuing education program provides professionals in the community with the opportunity to learn more about addiction counseling or to receive some of the training necessary to become Certified Substance Abuse Counselors (CSAC); renew Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credentialing; or to obtain/renew any of the following international credentials with the Virginia Certification Board:
1. Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
2. Associate Addiction Counselor (AAC)
3. Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional (CCDP)
The Substance Use and Addiction Continuing Education is offered as a series of weekend workshops that are worth between 10 and 20 continuing education hours each. Individuals can attend one or all of the workshops.
